Firm and Founder

Founded in 2015, bajak GmbH provides advisory services and practical solutions to enterprises interested in building long-term cross-border activities between Indonesia and Switzerland. Our offerings include M&A and investment advisory, private equity and other business services to support clients from various industries.

bajak GmbH has strong relationships with leading corporations, close collaborations with governmental offices, and extensive networks of experts in the industries and regions. We work together with private wealth management and equity firms, investment banks, and financial advisory firms throughout Indonesia and Switzerland.

Jesse Ng, founder of bajak GmbH, has advised various M&A and private deals in Indonesia, Germany, South America and Switzerland. Prior to establishing the firm, he worked in Indonesia and Switzerland in various industries: start up to mature companies, investment management, chemicals, renewable energy to pharmaceuticals. In recent years, he is actively involved in the promotion of business activities between Switzerland and Indonesia in his capacity as Head of the Indonesian desk of the Swiss Asian Chamber of Commerce.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Indonesia and Master in Quantitative Finance from University of St. Gallen. He is also a CFA charter holder from the CFA Institute and certified ERP professional from the GARP institute.
